McLaren Withdraw from Australian GP After Getting Victim of COVID-19

Mclaren received a positive test for coronavirus of their one team member, so they decided to withdraw from the Australian Grand Prix season first race of formula 1 2020 schedule. On Thursday the team issued a statement in Melbourne, they said the decision was made with the purpose of assuring the security of everybody which includes fans and the whole formula one paddock.


On Wednesday one of the team members of formula 1 staff was tested for coronavirus. They are the first who been affirmed to have the infection. In today's declaration in Melbourne Mclaren racing affirmed that they withdraw from the season-opening race Australian GP 2020 after a team member has tested positive for coronavirus. The team member has been tested and self-isolated as soon as symptoms appeared and is now being treated by nearby health authorities
