A night call between CEO Daimler and Mercedes F1 superviser  Toto Wolff has changed the Australian Grand Prix 2020 season opening race destiny.


On Thursday night after confirming that a McLaren team member had coronavirus, the Woking-based team pulled out from the Formula 1 season opening race Australian GP 2020.


Which forced the team managers to talk with F1 managing director Ross Brawn for upcoming race, the discussion was held at the Crown Hotel in Melbourne, Australia.


Jean Todt the president of F1A has attended the meeting by phone, it was decided that the fortune of the remaining Formula one season kick-off depends on what the mass of the teams wanted to do.


F1 and FIA canceled the race under the situation, when more than four teams withdrew after the McLaren withdrew from the race.


As per the F1 sporting regulations Article # 5.7 ( The race can be cancelled if the racing cars are not available more than 12.


Choices were less for cancellation or the possibility for the teams to continue their practice on Friday - with or without a spectator. If the F1 happened this day without having any new case of coronavirus.
