The annual IndyCar race Honda Indy Toronto formerly called as Molson Indy Toronto. The Grand Prix of Toronto 2022 is a world-class motorsports event that will take place from 15-17 July at 2.874-kilometre (1.786 mi), 11-turn temporary street circuit located at Exhibition Place in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. From 1986 to 2007 it was part of the Champ Car World Series and in 2009 it was part of the NTT IndyCar Series schedule after one year break.

Honda Indy Toronto is a 2nd longest  road race after the Long Beach Grand Prix and 3rd oldest race on the present schedule in terms of number of contested races (together with the Mid-Ohio 200). Toronto IndyCar is one of seven Canadian circuits that have hosted IndyCar races, the others being Canada Tire Motorsports Park, Montreal, Vancouver, Mont-Tremblant, Sanair, and Edmonton.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Ontario, 2020 and 2021 editions were canceled for the second time in the history of the race. This was happened after declaration by the Mayor John Tory that all mass gatherings have been banned until the summer of 2020 and 2021 respectively in response to the pandemic.
