The FIA Formula One World Championship has released the 2023 Formula 1 schedule, which has been approved by the World Motor Sport Council.
The 2023 season is scheduled to begin on March 5 in Bahrain and end on November 26 in Abu Dhabi. It is expected to feature a record-breaking 24 races, with Qatar returning and Las Vegas making a Saturday night appearance as the penultimate round.
The traditional summer break will still be in August, but there will be some changes to the dates of the races. Belgium will now race with Hungary at the end of July, and the Netherlands will race with Italy after the restart.
Pre-season testing will take place over three days, from February 23 to 25, at the Bahrain International Circuit.
