The FIA Formula E competition is currently in its ninth season, which will be known as the 2023 ABB FIA Formula E World Championship. The 2023 Formula E season will start on January 14, 2023, with the Mexico City E-Prix at Mexico City’s Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez. The double-header event will take place in the UNESCO World Heritage Site in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia, from January 27–28, 2023.
The 2023 Formula E season will feature two new locations: Hyderabad, India, and Cape Town, South Africa, with races beginning on February 11 and 25, respectively, and the first Sao Paulo E-Prix on March 25, 2023.
The Berlin E-Prix takes place on April 22-23, followed by the historic Monaco E-Prix on May 6. An additional race, which has yet to be confirmed, will take place on May 20.
The Formula E Gen3 car will make its debut in competition during the 2022–2023 season. Mercedes-EQ Formula E Team, the current team champions, did not come back to defend their title. The Formula E schedule is available below.
