The F1 Chinese Grand Prix 2020 has been delayed because of the deadly coronavirus eruption as it is scheduled for 17-19 April 2020.
The Chinese Grand Prix Organizer publicly mentioned about delayed of the race with their continuous conversations with the officials of Automobile and Motorcycle Federations, Sports of People's Republic of China (CAMF) and Shanghai Administration of Sports.
Last year F1 completed their 1000`s race in China, which was symbolic.
The WHO (World Health Organization) announced the coronavirus as a worldwide wellbeing crisis. Both F1 and governing body the FIA jointly requested to delayed the race to make sure the health and security of the voyaging staff, championship drivers and fans.
F1 said in a statement that the Chinese GP was the most important racing event on the schedule and for fans, so they will try to announce the date of China race as soon as possible and wish everybody in the nation the best during this troublesome time.
